Questions people actually ask.

How long does the course take?

You set the pace. Most people finish the online course across an evening or two, because you can stop and come back as often as you like.

Will the court accept it?

Yes. This is a California DMV-licensed traffic violator school, licence E9558. Check the date on your courtesy notice and make sure you finish before it.

How often can I take traffic school?

In California, once every 18 months for eligibility purposes. Your courtesy notice or the court clerk will tell you whether you're eligible this time.

What happens after I finish?

We report your completion to the DMV and to the court. You don't mail anything and there's no extra fee for the reporting.

Is the Mature Driver or Teen course the same as ticket dismissal?

No. Those two are referral and refresher courses — the Mature Driver course is aimed at an insurance discount for drivers 55 and over. If you have a ticket to clear, you want the online, booklet or classroom course.

You're called 7 Days and Holidays. Is someone there on Sunday?

The course is — you can work on it any day of the year, holidays included. The office is a different thing: phones are answered Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
